1. Who we are and acceptance

This website is a free, independently published travel-planning guide to the Dutch Wadden Islands, operated by ПП ФІРМА "ДНІПРО - СТАР" (“we”, “us”), a business registered in Ukraine at Україна, 51400, Дніпропетровська обл., Павлоградський р-н, місто Павлоград, вул. Харківська, будинок 5. Owner and contact person: НЕСТРОЙНА ТЕТЯНА. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Informational purpose only

Everything here, including ferry information, wadlopen guidance, festival dates, tide notes and opening patterns, is provided for general planning and can go out of date. It is not professional, legal, medical or safety advice. Always confirm current details with the relevant ferry operator, wadloop guide organisation or venue before you travel or book anything.

3. No booking or transaction role

This site does not sell tickets, take bookings, hold money or process payments of any kind. Every booking link leads to the operator’s own site, and that operator’s own terms govern the transaction, not these. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a ferry operator, guide, accommodation or other provider.

4. Safety disclaimer

Wadlopen carries real physical risk, including drowning from fast-rising tides, fog, cold and getting lost, if attempted without a certified guide or outside a safe tide window. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional guidance, current tide and weather information, or your own judgement of conditions on the day. You take part in any outdoor activity at your own risk.

5. Accuracy

We aim for factual accuracy and say so when a detail is uncertain, but we make no guarantee that any fact, schedule or price is complete, correct or current after publication. If you find a mistake, please tell us (see Section 12).

• Do not use bots, scripts or other automated means to overload the site or to copy it in bulk.
• Do not try to interfere with the site’s security or operation.
